Accessibility Statement

The Map Shop, LLC is committed to digital inclusion for persons with visual, hearing, cognitive, and motor impairments. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

We audit mapshop.com on an ongoing basis using automated accessibility scanning (axe-core, tested against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Levels A and AA) across a representative sample of pages covering our home page, product pages, category pages, blog articles, cart, and checkout. Issues identified are prioritized by severity and remediated as part of our regular quality assurance process.

We aim to be transparent about areas where we know our site does not yet fully meet our target:

• Portions of our checkout are provided by third-party payment and e-commerce components that we do not control. We have reported accessibility issues to those vendors and offer phone ordering as an alternative.
• Some legacy and third-party content, including interactive maps and PDF documents, may not yet fully support assistive technologies. Please contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format.

To report an accessibility problem, please include the page address (URL), the device and browser you were using, and a description of the issue – for example, missing image descriptions or difficulty navigating by keyboard.

We commit to respond within five business days, and we will notify you once the issue has been resolved.
