The amount of time it takes to receive your order is based on two factors The Production Time and the Shipping Time. For more information about those options, please refer to the list below. Please CONTACT US if you have any other questions, we are happy to help!

Production Time

Stock Products

Most in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days but we always try and ship faster. These products include Travel Maps, Books, Flags, and more! Products on backorder can take up to two weeks to ship depending on the supplier and how quickly they are able to ship them to us.

Printed Products

A large majority of our wall maps are print-on-demand, meaning we can print as many as you need! Some of these include NOAA Charts, Topographic Maps, Unique Wall Maps, and many others. Most of these can be printed on paper within 2-3 days and get rolled for shipping. 

Finished Products

Any product that is not finished in paper will have an extended production time. This gives our team a chance to quality check every product and make sure it is perfect before we send it out! 

Products that need to be laminated will ship in 3-5 business days while products that need rails, mounts or frames can take up to two weeks to ship. You can see all our finishing options and their production times HERE


Shipping Time

On most orders & products, we offer free shipping! Please read any notices on the checkout page as shipping times vary greatly depending on the time of year and the size of the product.

Shipping times are listed next to each option but can take an extra day or two depending on weekend availability and order date. 

* Oversized framed and mounted maps are shipped via FedEx Freight.

** PLEASE NOTE that “Standard” transit times aren’t guaranteed by USPS and FedEx so delay can occur especially during high volume holiday shipping periods. Please read our disclaimer HERE about specific holiday protocols and our recommendations.
