Milwaukee Portrait Street Map
Milwaukee runs north and south along Lake Michigan, so a portrait sheet fits the city better than a wide one. This map from Map Shop uses that vertical format to hold the full street grid at readable size, from the north side neighborhoods down through the Third Ward and Bay View. Street labeling is extensive, which is the reason dispatchers and home services schedulers keep one on the wall instead of a phone screen.
- All roads drawn, with major arterials and highways labeled, including the I-94 and I-43 corridors
- Neighborhood names across the city
- Railways and rail corridors
- Land use fills for parks and recreation areas, industrial districts, and hospital campuses
- Points of interest such as schools, libraries, stadiums, and museums
Finishing is chosen at checkout. Paper prints on premium 36 lb stock. Laminated adds a satin-gloss film on both sides for wet-erase markers. Mounted bonds the laminated print to foam core, which takes map pins for sales territories or real estate listings. Rails and frames come in black or walnut molding, ready to hang in a conference room or dispatch office.
