World Time Zones Hexagon Map
Oxford Cartographers rebuilt the continents out of hexagons. Every landmass is a mosaic of small cells, tinted by time zone, so the usual vertical banding reads instead as a slow pinwheel turning around the pole.
The Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area projection holds relative land areas true and is centered on 15 degrees East longitude, which places Europe and Africa near the middle of the sheet while the Americas and the Pacific curve around the outer edge. It behaves as graphic art first and quick reference second, making it a strong fit for design studios, agency walls, and home offices spanning several clocks at once.
