Ukrainian Language Physical World Map
Place names are set in Ukrainian, not transliterated English, making this a rare find for Ukrainian-speaking households, language programs, and community centers in the U.S.
This map comes from Kartographia, a Hungarian publisher with a long catalog of terrain-based reference maps. Political borders take a back seat to the shape of the planet itself, read through graded color from lowland to high peak and from shelf water to deep ocean basin.
The map shows:
- Land elevation and sea bathymetry rendered in color steps
- Major oceanic currents, making circulation patterns across the ocean basins visible at a glance
- Spot elevations plus glaciers, reefs, and volcanoes
- Major cities labeled in Ukrainian
Finishing is chosen at checkout: 36lb paper, satin lamination front and back, mounting to quarter-inch foam core, black or walnut rails, or full framing. Laminated and mounted versions accept wet-erase markers, and mounted maps hold map pins.
