Sullivan’s Island Map Art – Water Series by City Prints
Sullivan’s Island is a thin strip of sand guarding the mouth of Charleston Harbor, with Breach Inlet at one end and Fort Moultrie looking out at the shipping channel. City Prints turned that shape into graphic art. The Water series treats shoreline, marsh, and open water as blocks of color, so the island reads as modern abstract work first and geography second.
This piece is printed without a scale, built for the wall rather than for navigation. Available in the following formats:
- Unframed prints use 105# Stardream Pearlescent Paper, a heavy stock with a faint metallic shimmer that shifts in changing light.
- Framed versions use black polystyrene molding or genuine wood with a bevel-cut acid-free mat.
- Gallery-wrapped canvases are stretched over 1.5 inch deep wood bars with hanging hardware attached.
A natural choice for beach house owners, Lowcountry transplants, and decorators dressing a coastal office or reception wall. Available exclusively through Map Shop.
