Quttinirpaaq National Park Map
Quttinirpaaq means “top of the world” in Inuktitut, and the name is literal: this park sits at the northern end of Ellesmere Island in Nunavut, closer to Greenland than to any Canadian town. The Quttinirpaaq National Park map from GoTrekkers renders that country in shaded relief, so the Grant Land Mountains, the ice caps, and the fiord valleys read as terrain rather than as flat outlines.
GoTrekkers built this as a folding field map first, then expanded the same cartography to wall size, which keeps the detail dense and the labeling legible at a distance.
- Topographic base with shaded relief across the park and surrounding northern Ellesmere terrain
- Drawn at 1:300,000, close enough to follow drainages and ridgelines
- Published by GoTrekkers, an Arctic and Canadian backcountry mapping specialist
- Available through Map Shop on paper, laminated, mounted to foam core, railed in black or walnut molding, or framed
Expedition planners, polar researchers, guiding outfits, and Arctic travelers use it as a briefing wall and a trip reference.
