Lake Norman Map Art Print
Lake Norman reads like modern art before it reads like a map. The shoreline of North Carolina’s largest man-made lake, formed on the Catawba River behind Cowans Ford Dam, breaks into long fingers and coves between Mooresville, Cornelius, Davidson and Denver, and that shape is the whole composition here.
This print comes from the Water series by City Prints. It is a graphic interpretation rather than a navigational tool, so there is no scale, and the lake itself carries the design.
Finishing options include:
- Unframed prints on 105# Stardream Pearlescent Paper, a heavy stock with a metallic shimmer that shifts in the light
- Poly frame with a black 2.75 inch polystyrene molding and no glass
- Wood frame with a 1.75 inch black molding, acid free white mat, and acrylic
- Canvas stretched over 1.5 inch deep wood bars
Every piece is printed on demand and ships ready to hang, making it a thoughtful lake house or closing gift.
