Georgia is a geographically layered state. The Blue Ridge Mountains in the north, the coastal plains along the Atlantic, military installations scattered across the interior, and one of the busiest airport corridors in the country all exist within the same state boundaries. A generic state map skips most of that.
Map Shop developed this one in-house, which means full control over cartography, color, and content. Every city, town, and township is included. Counties, expressways, federal and state highways with exit numbers, wilderness areas, major waterbodies, rivers, hillshade relief, and federal and state recognized indigenous land are all on the map.
Six metro insets add street-level detail for Georgia’s major cities, including local roads, sports stadiums, colleges and universities, zoos, aquariums, and outdoor concert venues.
