Collins Children’s Europe Wall Map
Small children read pictures long before they read place names. Collins built this children’s Europe wall map on that idea: clear, colorful mapping that labels European countries and their capital cities, wrapped in illustrations by Steve Evans showing national emblems, customs, food, birds, animals, notable buildings and sports.
The result works like a journey rather than a reference sheet. A four year old can point at pictures and ask questions. A seven year old can trace a route from Portugal to Finland and start collecting capitals along the way. Collins aimed it at the 4 to 8 age range, making it a sensible first map for a bedroom wall, a playroom, an early elementary classroom or a home school geography corner.
Map Shop finishes it however you plan to use it:
- Laminate takes wet-erase markers
- Foam core mounting holds map pins for family travel
- Rails or framing in black or walnut molding arrive ready to hang
