Kananaskis NE Topographic Wall Map
Kananaskis Country sits in the Front Ranges of the Canadian Rockies just southwest of Calgary, and the northeast corner is the part most Albertans reach first: the Bow Valley corridor, the Highway 40 turnoff, and the ridge country running toward Bragg Creek. This GoTrekkers map takes the terrain detail of a field map and puts it on a wall where you can stand back and read the whole valley system at once.
- Shaded relief cartography by GoTrekkers, drawn at a scale of 1:40,000
- Originally issued as a folding trail map, expanded into wall format by Map Shop
- Paper, 1.7 mil satin lamination, or lamination onto quarter inch foam core
- Black or walnut rails and framed options, all mounted and hung-ready
Hikers, backcountry skiers, guides, and Canmore area cabin owners use it for route planning. The foam core version holds map pins, making it useful in an outfitter’s office or a trip-planning wall at home.
