Rio de Janeiro Night Map
City Prints builds the image from map and building data instead of satellite photography, so the lit street grid reads sharper and more saturated than any orbital photo of the Cidade Maravilhosa. The dark shapes carry the composition: Guanabara Bay, the Atlantic curling past Copacabana and Ipanema, and the unlit mass of Tijuca Forest with Corcovado and Sugarloaf rising out of it while Zona Sul, Botafogo and Barra da Tijuca glow around them.
