We offer free returns within 30 days for any in-stock products, including folding maps, books, map pins, and paper or laminated maps. To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. Once approved, please repackage the item securely, write the return authorization number on the box, and ship it back to us. We will process your return within three business days of receiving the product.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charges, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for a return, please contact us.
99% of our packages arrive in perfect condition but damage can occur from our carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery since we need to act quickly to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
