Turnaround Times

The amount of time it takes to receive your order is based on two factors: production time and shipping time.

You will see production times listed under the price on each product page. Production times vary based on the type of product ordered.

Stock Products
Most in-stock items will ship within 2–3 business days but we always try to ship faster. These products include travel maps and atlases. Products on backorder can take up to two weeks to ship depending on the supplier and how quickly they are able to ship them to us.

Printed Products
The majority of our wall maps are print-on-demand, meaning we print them just for you when we receive your order. Most of these can be printed on paper and rolled for shipping within 2–3 days.

Finished Products
Finished products will have an extended production time. Laminated products will ship in 3–5 business days, while products that need rails, mounts, or frames can take up to two weeks to ship. You can see production times listed on each product page once you select the finishing option.

We offer free shipping on most products. The shipping method is based on the product type and your location. Here are some examples:

• USPS – this service is primarily used for small items and for larger items going to P.O. Boxes. Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days within the contiguous U.S.
• UPS / FedEx Ground – these services are used for most medium items and for most rolled maps. Typical delivery time is 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.
• FedEx Freight – this service is used for oversized items that exceed the maximum size of the UPS/FedEx Ground service. Typical delivery time is 1–6 business days within the contiguous U.S.
• UPS / FedEx Express – these services are only used if you need your map in a hurry. Additional fees will apply. Typical delivery occurs within one business day, with Saturday delivery sometimes available.

Please note that standard transit times aren’t guaranteed so delays can occur, especially during high-volume holiday shipping periods.
