Since the day the Map Shop opened our doors in 1991, we have been selling map pins from the Moore Push-Pin Company. This Philadelphia-based company was founded in 1900…that’s, not a typo. Moore has been making push pins for 119 years.
Sadly, the Moore Push-Pin Company closed its doors in 2019. We don’t have details on why they closed but it’s another example showing that manufacturing in America is hard. We’re a small, family-run company who produces our own maps, so we understand this all too well.
Today we celebrate Mr Edwin Moore who founded the company and cheers to all the other American manufacturers out there who continue to make cool things.
These pins below come in several styles and sizes. Each box is available at 50%+ of its retail price. Please know that we have limited quantities and once they are gone, they are gone. Click here to view our Map Shop pins that will always be in stock.
